I started buying Pyungkang Yul skincare products after I heard good reviews from Meejmuse. She always speaks positively about the healing medicinal side of this brand. I like their toner as it is very hydrating and it is a good start before I will apply the remaining skincare regimen.

Based on the price, I'm satisfied. The bottle is plastic and is feels quite small. It's a basic essence toner. I use a different hydrating lotion afterwards. I'm not certain I will repurchase this one.
The item came very well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap. I really appreciate that.
