I’ve tried a variety of hydrating toners and this one has been my favorite! It has been a part of my daily skincare routine for years now. It has no scent and is a slightly thick texture that perfectly moisturizes the skin. You can also layer it on easily. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a no-frills toner that does what it’s supposed to!
