This product works incredibly well to remove all dirt, makeup and impurities from the skin. You apply this balm onto a dry skin and rub around with your fingertips to dissolve and remove any makeup, dirt, SPF or oils. It spreads smoothly and works quickly, and wash off with water. I would recommend using a second cleanser like washing cleanser or water cleanser or at least going over the eyelids/lashes with an eye makeup remover to ensure no debris is left behind in the lashes. It doesn’t leave any greasy feeling or residues behind on the skin. So it is very simple, effective and affordable product.

This removes all my make-up, including waterproof mascara, with a little effort. Has a slight floral fragrance that I don't personally like, but this does not linger. Melts in your hands instantly and emulsifies beautifully. Rinses off well and does not leave a film on your skin. I really like that there is a compartment to store the spatula in the lid so you don't lose it.

this is very much an above-average cleansing balm that does exactly what it needs to. this cleansing balm leaves no residue, cleanses and washes away seamlessly. the only reason I could not leave 5 stars is that it does make my eyes a bit foggy when I try to wash off my eye makeup. I do love the easy packaging with spatula and lid that makes it less messy to use
