Before wash ur face after making up best recommend , use with dry hands, scoop out a small amount of balm and warm between your fingers.
Once you feel it starting to melt, apply to your dry face, and begin to gently massage in circular motions all over your face.
Massage for between 30 seconds to two minutes wash off with water and using foam or cleanser to finished.

This has been my favorite cleansing balms so far! Melts my makeup right off! I may have to do two passes of it when I wear waterproof eyeliner, but that's about it! It does a great job cleansing without drying out my already dry skin!
