This melts onto skin and lifts off all dirt and makeup. Turns into a milk cleanser when in contact with water. Doesn’t leave a film after washing my face too. The new packaging is very helpful. I love this product, I’ve repurchased this product even though I’m not done with my first one hehe! Must buy / restock when on sale!!
