I just started using balm cleansers recently, and this was one of the first few ones I tried. 

The balm itself only starts to melt when you start massaging it onto your face, it emulsifies well, and isn't difficult to wash. 

I really love that they repackaged it for convenience, the flip top (I have no idea what you call it?).
