I can declare with confidence that this vitamin C serum stands out from the others that I have tested. It has not only successfully lightened my dark circles, but it has also given my skin a radiant glow. This Vitamin C is great for daily brightening, deep hydration and anti-aging. I love an effective Vitamin C that is not sticky and doesn't irritate skin, this is exactly what the product is.
