I only need a few drops to cleanse my skin with it. Save budget. Once I use this cleansing water, it felt so lightweight and felt nothing on my skin. Very hydrating too and fresh.

I think this cleanser is very unique. It can be used simply using cotton or can also be used as foam. I didn't think this cleanser would be effective in removing makeup and dirt on the skin, but it turned out to be very effective. It cleanses the skin without drying it out.
