I think, in combination with some other products, there is a noticeable brightening of dark circles and a more filled appearance under my eyes. Of course, it is not perfect, but this product is definitely worth checking out, and it seems to have a longer moisturizing effect than most eye creams, so I can imagine it'd be very good for fine lines.
