I had this for a week before it stopped working. I LOVED IT. I have several devices but this one can do it all. Then, I turned it on, put it to my face and…nothing happened. It still turns on and I can connect to the app, but none of the modes work, just the lights. Huge disappointment and waste of money. I’m hoping to get a replacement!

I only started using it yesterday, started with level 1 as advised. Tried all modes, seems easy to use. Loving it so far, have not yet seen any difference hopefully my skin will like it.
