L’idéal, c’est de prendre les quatre sortes dans la même marque simultanément. Ça donne des résultats visibles, mais il faut les prendre de façon constante et continuelle. Il ne faut pas être impatient, la plupart des produits peuvent prendre jusqu’à un mois pour voir des résultats.

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now, and I’m actually starting to notice some subtle changes. My skin feels a little firmer and more hydrated, especially in the mornings. They’re easy to take—no weird smell or taste—and they haven’t caused any breakouts or stomach issues, which is a huge plus for me.
