Chequé los ingredientes que fueran naturales, tomo solo una para ayudarme con la sensación de inflamación y la digestión, cuando tomé 2 me dolió mucho el estómago, si funciona igual con 2 pero mi principal propósito es que me ayude un poco a ir regulando mi digestión nuevamente y dejarlo por lo que 1 me funciona bien
