I like to add it to stuff I’m already eating like yogurt or oatmeal as an extra nutrient booster, it has a nice flavor it adds to stuff and it feels like I’m taking care of my skin in the process

I can feel that there is improvement on my skin after using this product, I used to have a very dry skin and already tried different products but this one excells among others, and I would go for another round of order till I get the maximum effect i want. Packaging is good too, delivered without any damage on the product and the box itself.

I prefer the peach flavor over lemon. However, both are easy to take. I've been taking colagen for years and I've seen how it helped with my joint health as well as overall elasticity of my skin.
