I've only been drinking this for about two weeks so not sure if it's doing anything for me but it certainly tastes ok and mixes easily. Will update if I start noticing differences.

I have been taking it for about two weeks now. I like the peach flavor the most as the lemon one can taste a bit too “fake fruit flavor” to me.
