Items arrived in good condition. no damage noted. shipping took around 7days. Serum has slight tingly effect, no fragrance, easy to apply. After use, felt slight difference, bumps on my skin less noticeable but more prominent the next day. I noticed on my skin, I have to use VT products atlease more than 3x onwards to really see and feel the effects on the serums

Like the description said it is for sensitive skin, I try the classic reedle 100 and i notesed that this cica reedle tickle less than the classic version. Nice pack for testing the product.
