It's pretty average for a toner, it doesn't feel like I'm rubbing alcohol all over my face. It works best if you also buy the cleanser that goes with it.

I am not sure if I am really seeing a difference but I like how gentle it is on my sensitive dry acne prone skin so thats a plus
