If you regularly do exfoliation, skin tend to be dry. I used this milk to replenish my skin and avoid getting dry. and it supports my skin glowness. and does not make my skin oily and put my skin problem at bay.. not my usual toner but alternative to help my skin moisturize.

This is the best rice milk toner I have ever tried so far. To my surprised, this suited my skin better than the milk toner of other brands. It's very hydrating!
