I would not describe it as cleansing but I do love this. Usually use it as a second toner. It helps with redness and irritation and it hydrates without being sticky. There is no feeling on the skin after applying that is heavy or sticky. I would say the word balancing hits the nail on the head. And I love anything with licorice for brightening!

I think this is my fourth bottle! I can’t shut up about this toner and I don’t want to lol. I love using it on the dark areas in my body.
I use it to whitening my armpits, knees, elbows and neck, it has licorice root which helps with pigmentation
