I use it in the morning and it instantly hydrates and wakes up my skin. It does control sebum production, too. I am on my 3rd bottle

I was told this would help with hyper-pigmentation so I'm eager to see results. It's lightweight and I apply with just my fingers. I might transfer the product to a spray bottle.
