This I a great winter toner. The texture is little thicker then most toners. Almost like a toner/essence. When my skin is feeling rough and dehydrated this is what I reach for, I use it more in the PM.

Many good things have been said about this toner. This picked up alot of residual dirt and impurities even after oil cleansing and cleansing my face. It felt very soothing too.
