one of the best toners i've used! repurchased twice and can always go back to this. you can feel all the dirt in your face being removed when you use this toner, so if you have blackheads or textured skin, would recommend this!

I assume that it is the licorice that is giving this effect but this watery toner is super cooling and refreshing and perfect for summer. I wish it came with a little more product though as I go through it quickly.

Whenever I try a new toner and get breakouts, this is my go-to toner that calms my skin instantly and maintains the right pH level of my face.
I cant count the number of times I've repurchased this toner but is highly recommended!
