I loved the cooling applicator, how its gentle touch applies the serum and can easily help reduce puffiness under the eyes at once. Felt very lightweight and sat well under makeup too. Also love using it in my night routine, helps relax overnight. Have positive hopes for the long run, so far my fav eye serum/cream
