It's good, but not the best. I was expecting it to moisturize my combination skin a bit more, especially around the drier areas, but it was just okay. It wasn't like I was going to wake up with glowing, soft and smooth skin. I wish. The soothing part for me is more due to the cool temp of the cream itself. It's definitely not one where I feel I must need in my skincare routine. I'm still on the search for one that can really moisturize my skin and not break me out or just layer on the skin.
