it is a good product, doesn't irritate .. it doesnt hydrate much though , but again i have a very dry sensitive skin, but it didnt' break me out

I love this toner! It's on the moisturizing side, and feels so good on my skin. I use it in the morning for pumping vibes. 2 layers, just my preference
