It was my first time buying supplements from Style Korean and I was surprised by how fast the delivery was, it took about a week to arrive in New York. I have been taking a daily stick of Lacto Fit for about a month and I have noticed that my stomach digests food better and is much healthier. The taste is like strawberry jelly and the texture is dry but melts quickly in the mouth. Overall, I really like this product.
