After the solution i wash my foot then use these! Then wear a sock then i sleep.
In the morning my foot feels sooooo soooft and smooth

Made my cracked heels so smooth and hydrated. Love it so much. But it’s better to wear socks at night with them because they are not that sticky

I love heel masks!!! |

I personally find heel masks more comfortable and more suitable for my needs compared to foot masks. This is even better as you wear it overnight. This allows me to not need to time and think about when I need to remove a heel mask. However, the adhesive isn’t the greatest and it tends to come off easily. To combat this, I just wear socks over it (it does not leak onto socks)
