I’ve been using it for a few weeks and I’m already feeling less bloated and more in control of my appetite. I haven’t made huge changes to my diet, but I’ve yet to lose some kg but just keep in mind in being more mindful and consistent of you want results. It also gives me a nice energy boost, and I’ve noticed my nails and hair feel healthier too (thanks biotin!). Super cute packaging and easy to take—definitely a great addition to my routine.

Been taking these supplements along with the green bottled supplements for more than 3 months now and theyve been amazing. theyve helped me alot with my metabolism and regulating my disgestive system. Ive also noticed that ive lost a bit of weight due to a decrease in sweet treat cravings and junk food. my portions have gotten way smaller as well. truly amazing pills i will continue to purchase

Really easy to intake and you’ll notice the change with exercises and time :) has helped my stomach to not feel heavy after meals.
