Ideal para la.perdida de peso y lo que le da un plus más es que tiene vitaminas que nos ayuda con el desequilibrio de no alimentarnos bien eso me parece asombroso y pues al tomarla se siente que trae vitaminas.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks and I’m already feeling less bloated and more in control of my appetite. I haven’t made huge changes to my diet, but I’ve yet to lose some kg but just keep in mind in being more mindful and consistent of you want results. It also gives me a nice energy boost, and I’ve noticed my nails and hair feel healthier too (thanks biotin!). Super cute packaging and easy to take—definitely a great addition to my routine.
