I started taking these when I got it for 2 weeks now. I take 1 tablet a day consistently and so far, I haven’t gotten any bad side effects or allergic reactions. I’m also not a fan of swallowing pills since It often gets stuck in my throat or make red itchy marks around my neck but with this product I haven’t gotten any bad experiences so far. A lot of people have been telling me that I have gotten lighter in terms of skin tone.
I do highly suggest checking the ingredients and doing research/ seeking professional advice before buying supplements anywhere. So far, my experience with this supplement is good and might consider buying more in the future.
