All of the 0.22 Therapy Air Mask line have stellar ingredients, they all rank 1 on EWG. But ingredients aside this mask was just so so, I think all of their masks have pretty good hydrating benefits. Beware though if you're sensitive to alcohol I do believe their masks in this line do contain alcohol so if you're weary about that just avoid it I guess. The mask is very thin so it conforms to your face very well. It's a easy choice when you're looking for a no frills no fuss sheet mask.
