I like these thin etude house masks, easy to use and quite effective.

They brighten and hydrate my skin, with the effects lasting up to 48 hours. I don't know if there are any long term benefits to using them consistently, but they work amazingly for special occasions or any time I want to look a little better for a day or two. Despite the fragrance, they don't irritate my skin and actually provide relief from redness.
