I was a little skeptical about the helping with sleep part but it honestly really helped me sleep faster and feel more relaxed and rested. I love the packaging so much, I like that they r individual sachets and each bunch is packed in separate packs inside. The flavour is also really nice, it tastes mostly fruity not that fishy at all.

Until now, I didn't feel it changing its taste, it's normal, it's better to drink it with water before sleeping, the sweet that each bag is wrapped for a specific day is much better and not tired, but so far I haven't seen a change at all
