I’ve been using the BB LAB, and overall, it has been a really easy and pleasant supplement to include in my daily routine. The individual stick packaging makes it super convenient to take on the go, and I usually just mix it into water or juice once a day. The powder dissolves fairly easily and doesn’t have a strong or unpleasant taste, which is something I was worried about at first. It has a very mild, slightly sweet profile, so it doesn’t affect the flavor of whatever I mix it with too much. That makes it much easier to stay consistent with. After regular use, I’ve noticed subtle improvements in my skin’s hydration and overall glow. My skin feels a bit smoother and more “plump,” especially when I’m consistent with it. It’s not an instant or dramatic change, but more of a gradual improvement over time, which I think is realistic for a collagen supplement. I also appreciate that it’s Halal-certified
