I don’t see much difference but may be because I only bought 1 and took for 30 days. I think you will need to use at least 3 months to see the difference. It’s not sweet so it’s better to mix with other drinks rather than drinking it alone with water. It’s very well packaged and comes with individual packages so easy for on the go
