Always love taking bb collagen. It has low molecular collagen which are less than 1000 da for better absorption. It really smooth my skin and help me with my stretch mark.

I have tired absorbing in a 200ml water
And drink it for 3 days
I felt too dizzy all the day
When i stopped taking these I am totally normal
Not sure how to take these
