I have tried a variety of toners and this one is just so special. Firstly, the consistency is a little thicker but once it’s applied onto the face it feels so light, refreshing, and clean. Secondly, the packaging is to die for (the bear on the bottle is so cute). Aside from this toner being amazing the packaging is also adorable. I would totally recommend this to anybody and everybody wholeheartedly.
