Definitely worth the praise, it's as it's said to be; a lightweight, basic, gentle, non-irritating toner that soothes your skin, working nicely on my dry and sensitive skin. Another note is that I had a broken skin barrier, and this did help in repairing it. The toner is very watery, so layering is recommended (the brand does recommend the 7 toner method for dry skin as well). No complaints as of now, would repurchase.
