Sooo I don’t know if it’s working. In truth I don’t have a sagging neck line and just have this one line which I know is tech neck from work…but no difference in the month of dedicating using. I do like how web like the texture is similar to cosrx snail mucin cream but understand if others would not. Very hydrating and will last quite a while.
