I started Tretinoin and want something on hand that was extremely gentle. I use a lot of skin barrier product but it still took all the moisture out of my skin. This was a cleanser for when my skin feels agitated and needs extra TLC- another reviewer said it reminded them of Cetaphil and I would agree with that
