I bought this because it was recommended by a skincare YouTuber and gave it a try, I would assume that because it is like a gel consistency, that's why it was not hydrating for my skin. It's alright though, not super good or bad.

I have bought this cleanser many times and always restock when I’m running low. It’s great for all skin types and thoroughly cleans my face without stripping the essential oils from my face.

Too stripping for my dry sensitive skin |

I have super dry skin and suffer from eczema. I liked this cleanser at first because it lathered beautifully and had no scent. However, after ~ 1wk of using this as my morning and night cleanser, my eczema flared up and skin started to feel so dry. Even when I reduced the frequency to just using the cleanser in the evening, it still was a bit too stripping - my eczema got better, but was still present.
I prefer the Round Lab Birch Juice cleanser for my skin. I find it to be much more gentle and I enjoy the faint fresh birch juice scent.
