I LOVE taking these, they are very convenient and yummy. It comes individually packed and in powder form. I've seen a huge improvement in the growth of my hair and the health of my nails.
I am someone who enjoys sour flavors so I quite enjoy taking these but if you are not a fan of sour flavor and have sensitive teeth then maybe you should skip.
