Super good toner. This is my second bottle. It is perfect for my combo skin as it is soothing for the skin barrier. It is not sticky and has a water like consistency. Would recommend it for all skin types.

I do agree many people might think it is like water. But as I like in Kuwait and the atmosphere here is very dry this helps my skin stay hydrated and calms my sensitive skin. I do breakout very fast this is one of the toner that hasn’t broken me out. And it also is great if paired with aloe vera
