One of the best toner I have used this is my. Second bottle cant get enough of it also you can use a cotton pad by adding couple of drops of the toner till its wet and place it on the face / cheeks or areas where you feel its irritated after like 10 to 15 minutes remove it and Enjoy the smooth calm feelings Ahh!
