I was able to try this first during their $1 promo. In terms of weight, I can hardly see a difference. But in terms of body size, I can tell that it did help reduce my waist line. I'm able to fit back into my old jeans. Bought more boxes to see if I can get to my weight goal with the help of this.

I didn't find this product helpful. No weight-loss, no feeling more energised. Will not buy again

It's conveniently packed. Very effective. Was able tp.fit jnto my old jeans which I haven't been able to wear for almost 2 years. Doesn't ipset the stomaxh or cause lbm. I noticrd that my digestion has improved as I no longer suffer from frequent hunger pangs. Definitely recommend this.
