This product help me very much.
after you ate dinner just take the meds and you'll be fine the next day. But keep in mind in order for this to work make sure you watch what you eat and do a bit work out like walking. It help you with the bloating and craving. If you are consistent in using this it will give you a good result. I hope my input help you ladies.
