Nothing extrordinarily different or unique about these pimple patches. They are quite compatible to Cosrx. Just average. The H patches are thicker and meant for night time, while the B patches are thinner and barely visible. Make sure you get the right one.

These patches are nice and effective. The tapered edges makes it slightly hidden or un-noticeable however not enough to comfortably sits under makeup. I still prefers the ‘B’ as it comes in different sizes. But this will work if you don’t use much makeup.
