It’s a lightweight toner, great for layering and I love how it’s soothes and calms my skin whenever it’s irritated. However this toner alone does not give my skin enough hydration hence why I layer it with other hydrating products

Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Essence Toner
-This essence toner is so refreshing and calming on skin. It feels so light yet hydrating, it leaves my skin soft and supple. This absorbs fast, soaks well and is not sticky nor drying at all. It is deeply nourishing and soothing on skin. So far, i’m loving this toner and enjoying the benefits. It is so gentle and beneficial for my skin.

The toner has the right texture, not too watery and not too thick. It's not too slippery on the skin either. I loved to using this after wash my face, its restore my skin moisture. I only need 1 layer, because the hydration is really good. Best way to use this with CSM, instantly reduce itching on my skin.
