I started using these a few months ago, and it's so good I haven't switched to anything else. This probiotic has helped me with my feminine area as well as with my gut. I just feel much better taking these supplements. The taste of these is a mild dairy-like sweetness. It's not overpowering or off-putting. These have quickly become a permanent staple in my daily routine.
