this is my first balm cleaner, and its work really great, it doesnt sting my eyes, its very gentle for my acne prone skin and doesnt break me, the feeling after using it is awesome!

Clean all your make up, easy to rinse, it is fine on its own, doesnt break you out when you do it without double cleansing, really recommended!!!

This product does the job as it says, but unfortunately breaks my skin T.T Couple of pimples appearing after my first try and keep appearing after my 2nd and 3rd trial, so I'm considering to passing this to my friend. It does the job pretty well though. However, I noticed that this feels a little bit drier than my holy grail oil remover (from SK-II), but it's not that stripping feel that I hate so it's fine. Still wonder which ingredients broke me out, but normally I have no problem with coconut and shea butter. So my guess so far is probably the oil mixture in this balm is a little bit too heavy for my combination-oily skin.
