Heimish All Clean Balm is a balm that helps remove stubborn makeup from the skin. It’s a Balm-Oil-Milk Transforming Cleansing Balm that leaves the skin fully cleansed without irritation. Since the balm is also a cleanser there is no need to double wash your face. I didn’t feel my skin overly oily like some other balms I have tried.

Nice and effective
I removes makeup and products buildup’s without stripping my skin out, it does melts out waterproof makeup without any irritation whatsoever
