Heimish All Clean Balm - this cleansing balm & makeup remover removes makeup effortlessly. It goes on like a balm, melts to an oil & then turns to milky fluid. Use spatula to scoop a small amount of balm & massage on to dry skin, then add splash of water & cleanser turns milky, then rinse with warm water. It doesn't sting my eyes or dry out my skin. Doesn't make my oily skin greasy.

It dissolves even waterproof makeup products, doesn’t leave any oily or uncomfortable residue after rinsing, non-irritating and doesn’t sting especially when used near the eye area. My skin feels refreshed and clean after using and didn’t give me a hard time rubbing my face to remove makeup. It also surprisingly melts lash glue residues and a really waterproof eyeliner. I recommend leaving it for a few seconds to fully melt the makeup then rinse. Will definitely recommend this if you’re always wearing makeup, it’s also a must have!

I’m obsessed with this cleansing balm. It is really good. The CB melts instantly like butter when you rub it on your hands. It feels like using cleansing oil actually but the texture is a bit thick compared to CO. It removes dirts, oil and waterproof SPF effectively.
The CB instantly turns into milky texture (emulsify) when you rinse with water and leaves no greasy residue. IMHO, this is an excellent first cleanser.
